When you contact us or register for a qualification we may collect your name, contact details, date of birth (required for exam registration), education history relevant to entry requirements, and payment confirmation details. We do not collect more than a registration or enquiry requires.
How we use it
Your information is used to answer your enquiry, register you with the awarding organisation (LRN) for examinations and certification, deliver results and certificates, and — only if you ask us to — send you programme news and session dates.
Sharing
Exam registration data is shared with LRN (Learning Resource Network, UK) solely for the purpose of examination and certification. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Retention & your rights
We keep registration records as long as required for certificate verification. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time using the contact details on this site. This policy will be completed with our Canadian contact details at launch, in line with PIPEDA (Canada’s federal privacy law).
